1.食材洗净,三黄鸡肉切块待用。

2.热锅放油下葱段,蒜瓣,姜片煸炒出香,再下鸡肉翻炒至断生。

3.倒入米酒,生抽加盖焖半分钟。

4.准备合适大小的砂锅,底部铺上三分之一罗勒,再将鸡肉倒入砂锅,加盖焖煮至收汁。

5.关火,开盖放入鸡精和剩余的罗勒盖上盖子焖3分钟即可。
